They’re nice and flexible which means no blisters, but they could really use a bit of extra padding or arch support because if you walk to work or something, you’ll probably notice them start to get uncomfortable.

One is that they’re just so darn attractive. They’re ultra-trendy right now, and come in a wide variety of color combinations to suit you or anyone else’s preferences!
The boots fit exactly to size, so keep this in mind. Many reviews out there stated they run small, but we found that they’re pretty spot-on accurate. When buying online, this is very valuable to know, if you don’t want to have to go through the trouble of returning and waiting even longer.
It’s also important to keep in mind that these don’t necessarily winter boots (if where you live receives heavy snowfall). Now, they are insulated with a nice microfleece, which will make them nice and toasty for your feet, but if it’s under 30 degrees Fahrenheit, you’re going to need something more severe.
They’re definitely waterproof, which is essential to any rainboot, right? This makes them excellent, splashing through puddles, or waiting by the dock.
How are they weight-wise?
They’re a bit heavier than we thought they’d be, however, they’re not overwhelmingly heavy or so heavy that they bothered us. Despite being so heavy, they don’t have a solid grip on slippery surfaces, which is something we didn’t particularly like. However, on dry surfaces, there’s plenty of traction.

The boots are all made of rubber, complete with a rubber sole. The shaft measures around 16 inches from the arch and the platform is about half an inch. The boot opening is also 15 inches around, so it’s a good size to fit more people.
Each pair is handcrafted from 28 individual parts, which may seem unnecessary to some, but once you receive the boots in the mail, you’ll really appreciate the level of handiwork that went into making these.
They are fully waterproof and make you feel like you can take on anything in any weather with them. They’re textile-lined to provide a high level of comfort. We would’ve preferred something a bit warmer like a fleece lining, but that’s okay.

Made of vulcanized, waterproof rubber, all water and mud will be deflected away from your feet like some kind of weather-resistant superhero. The stretch elastic gore panel and rubber pull-on loop handle also make them easy to take off and put on, for those moments when you want to spontaneously go out and dance in the rain.
The footbed is one of the most comfortable we’ve seen, and the LL Bean Wellie features a footbed made from spongey rubber, and EVA foam, covered with woven polyester.
Combine that with the supportive EVA midsole, and you’ve got yourself some great rain boots for walking! The adjustable rubber instep strap with a metal buckle just enhances comfort and support, while looking fashionable!
The only thing we didn’t like, is the fact that they are quite expensive. However, we also know that these are some of the best rain boots for women money can buy.

We’ll be honest – the Kamik Jennifer isn’t anything extraordinary, but it is consistently reliable in the rain, and it is quite fashionable, as well.
These boots are also true-to-size, so keep this in mind when purchasing. If you get the right size, you’ll find them to be comfortable. For rubber boots, they’re actually surprisingly light, which we really liked, because no one wants to wear heavy boots sloshing around in puddles and whatnot!
Adding on to the rubber subject, the rubber is soft and flexible, which is more than we could say for the majority of boots out there! You can bend them at the toe and ankle, so if you plan on walking around in these for a long distance, or are working in them, you’re going to feel comfortable.
If you have wider feet, you’ll find that these fit great, as well. The problem we encountered with many of the women’s rain boots out there, is that they simply didn’t accommodate wide feet. These ones do, but if you have thinner feet, you’ll be fine, as well.
These PVC-free rubber boots are also waterproof, which is essential in any rainboot. You can feel comfortable running around in the rain and mud without them leaking! The tread on these are also deep enough to keep a solid grip and prevent slipping on wet surfaces, so do all the running you’d like!
The only thing we weren’t really impressed with was how difficult these Kamik women’s rain boots were to get off and on. Putting them on is definitely easier than taking them off, but still, it takes a bit of work. However, the reason why they’re so difficult is because of the fitted silhouette.
This makes them look even more flattering and makes sure there aren’t big gaps between the legs and boots. If you have larger calves, this may be an issue, but most users will find these to work well. The adjustable buckle at the calf enhances the fit, as well to give a more fitted look.
